Avery Sunshine

Avery Sunshine is a mercurial music producer and singer, who mixes Soul gospel Jazz and R&B to create a unique mix. She has appeared on stages all over the world, from Broadway up to The Democratic National Convention to the European music scene and the club scenes. Sunshine's title is Denise White. She is now a resident of Atlanta the place she was raised is Chester Pennsylvania. Her musical journey began in the church, where she sang as well as played piano. In Atlanta, she attended Spellman College where her musical education began in the Atlanta's R&B Scene. In 2007, Grammy and Tony award-winning singer Jennifer Holliday sought her out to serve as the director of the choir for the stage production of Dreamgirls at the National Black Arts Festival in Atlanta. Sunshine was at the center of attention for the nation during four performances per day at the 2008 Democratic National Convention. Sunshine was later requested to sing with the President Barack Obama at his inauguration.
