Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she sang at The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia conferred her with a BA (with the highest distinction) in Theatre and Communications. She started her career in Los Angeles as a theater performer and choreographer, choreographing more than 20 musicals and plays. They included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. Additionally, she performed 7 title roles at LA's Storybook Theatre. Kelly started to get roles in television and films as she studied improvisation at The Groundlings. Her distinct voice and diminutive stature has allowed her to take on a wide variety of characters. Her most well-known role is her role as a co-star with Naomi Watts taking over the character of evil Samara In The Ring 2 but is most well-known for the glamorous bright receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly was an attorney and a the party animal in TV Land's The Exes as a series regular from 2011-2015. In addition, she was an Regular on ABC Romantically Challenged where she as the flirty, sassy sibling of Alyssa Miano. She also played the suburban mother anxious in CW No Tomorrow. She's lent her singing soprano to several animated cartoons such as Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. In recent times, she was as the lovable, dim-witted Cloud 9 Employee on NBC's popular comedy Superstore. The private world of her life is quiet. She enjoys having time with her loved ones, including two small children.
